What is the recommended browser to use for pro.benzinga.com?

For an optimal user experience, the recommended browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 8 or greater.

Why use Benzinga Pro?

If you want the fastest real time news feed, if you want the best and most comprehensive trading ideas, and if you want exclusive content that you won't find anywhere else, you want Benzinga Pro.

What can I find on Benzinga Pro?

Benzinga Pro's features include: full news feed access, real time speed, comprehensive searching, previews/commentary, trading ideas, customization/watch lists, audio news, exclusive comments from corporate CEOs, the ability to chat with the news desk, and an all-new interface designed specifically for a seamless user experience.

How are you different from other news sources like The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, or Bloomberg?

Whereas other news outlets focus on a wide variety of topics, Benzinga Pro is dedicated to serving you -- the trader. Serving your trading needs is our number-one goal.

Why do you have three levels of Benzinga Pro membership?

We understand that not every product meets the needs of every user. With Benzinga Pro, we wanted to give our users as many options as possible, which is why we offer three levels of membership.

Why do I have to enter my credit card information if the trial is free anyway?

In order for us to process your subscription, we require that all users submit their credit card information, even during the free trial period. That way, those who wish to continue using Benzinga Pro beyond the trial period can do so without interruption.

I'm getting errors while on the site. Can I talk to a real human being?

Absolutely. Visit http://pro.benzinga.com/ and click on the "Chat Now!" button on the bottom right corner of the page. Alternatively, you can reach us by e-mail at support@benzingapro.com or call us at 1-877-440-9464.

What is the difference between Benzinga and Benzinga Pro?

Benzinga is a financial news outlet with trading ideas, daily news, interviews, price updates, editorials, etc., that anyone can visit. Benzinga Pro is a professional service that gives you access to our real time news feed.

What's with the jet theme?

When designing Benzinga Pro, we were constantly thinking about speed. We wanted to create the fastest real time news feed possible. Thus, when it came time to design the layout for the website, we asked ourselves, "Is there anything as fast as Benzinga Pro?" Jets, which move at supersonic speed, immediately came to mind as the perfect way to demonstrate the speed of Benzinga Pro.

What does Benzinga mean?

In the 1800s, men used to gather at a small town in America to play a game where numbers were drawn randomly and matched to a series of numbers printed on square cards. Whenever the random numbers matched those that were printed on the cards, the men would stand up and shout, "Benzinga!" Their excitement was insurmountable. In designing our site, we were equally excited, and thought that using the Benzinga name was the perfect way to illustrate our feelings.

Nothing happens I click on the "Launch Newsfeed" icon, but I keep getting a "blocked pop-up" message. How come?

Your pop-ups are turned off. Make sure that they are turned on while accessing Benzinga Pro or the newsfeed will not launch.

Alternatively, you can adjust your pop-up settings to allow the newsfeed to launch even while pop-ups are turned off. Also, many browsers will alert you when a pop-up has been blocked, allowing you to enable Benzinga Pro without adjusting the rest of your browser settings.

How do I increase or decrease the amount of details provided in the newsfeed?

On the top right corner of the screen you will see a white slider tool. Drag it left to reduce the amount of details; drag it right to increase the details.

I like the shortened details that the newsfeed provides, but how do I get the whole story?

Double-click on the story (anywhere on the screen) to reveal the full story.
